This will be a rep based workout with the goal to complete as many reps as possible in the alloted time of 52:30.
150 overhead presses
125 Kettlebell Swings
50 Bonnie Blairs (RL+LL = 1)
Exercises are done in sets of 25 reps. After completing 25 reps run 25 yards – do 3 Burpees run back and continue the next 25 reps.
Again, the time length is 52:30 so plan according if you need to get home to get the kids up and ready for school. If there is a modified version we will have that listed as well.
