Thang #1 – Mannequin Q
We have now come to find out after Convergence and the Halloween Q that Mannequin enjoys a good costume. Dressed as the “True American Hero”, we did a trick-or-treat style workout down LaGrange’s Main Street. The Pax pulled “Treats” out of a bag and exercises were to follow. They included:
- Right by the coffee shop – 30 Copperhead Squats
- In front of the radio station – 20 (IC) flutter kicks
- By the piano – 20 decline merkins
- By the wood carving statue- 20 incline merkins
- By the therapist’s office – 10 Man Makers
- At City Place – 5 Pain Killers
Thang #2 – Swag Q
Swag went the more demonic route and we did a 6-6-6 workout. Think of it like a 6’s workout with an extra 6 reps in the middle of the travel. We lined up on one side of city place and moved to other. Exercises were –
- Curls- arm craw or bear crawl to the middle – 6 merkins- and finish the travel at the end and do the squats count with a jog back to finish
After that we circled up and brought us back to our nightmares of Holy Rollers Q with Man Makers (10), Curls (10), and squats (10).
Thang #3 – Patty Q
We took a mosey over to Heartbreak Hill and lined up for an uphill battle. Coupon Bear Crawl Gasser. Bear Crawl your coupon to the first spot, jog back to the start and do 10 Merkins. Jog back to your coupon and bear crawl to the second position with a jog back to start and 10 more push ups. Repeat until top of HBH. The pax picked up the six and we moved to the lights for 6 minutes of “No Feet Mary”
No Feet Mary is 6 minutes of core exercises without putting your feet down. The count would be 15 reps each, but it wouldn’t matter as this would turn out to be a LONG 6 minutes. Exercises were:
- Hello Dolly
- Flutter kicks
- Freddie Mercury
Time was called we rolled up to the COT￼.
