BB 8/15 – Blueprint @ the Mutt for the Extender

Weather: 70 and dark

Rolled up at 5:28 to a large crowd, walked up gave the Disclaimer about not being a professional, modify as needed and started the Mosey around the school.

Warm-ups:

  • 25 SSH’s in Cadence
  • 20 Imperial Walkers in Cadence
  • 20 Slow Grass Grabbers in Cadence
  • Downward Dog w/ Calf Stretch and Runners Stretch
  • 20 Merkins in Cadence

Mosey to the hill behind church on Cherrywood for Thang 1: 11’s

  • Start with 1 Burpee at the top
  • Run to the bottom
  • 10 V-ups at the bottom
  • Run back to the top
  • Then 2 Burpees/Run/9 V-ups/Run…you get the picture…kept going until 10 Burpees/1 V-up
  • Planked when finished and waited for the 6

Quickly divided into the 3 groups and moved to the new playground for Thang 2: Cindy + some more running

Each group started with a different exercise b/c of limited pull-up bar space but completed all 3 exercises before the run

  • 5 Pull ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats
  • Run Around the School
  • Rinsed and Repeated 3 times

Running short on time so we met at the flag, planked until the 6 came home and we finished with 20 Big Boys

Circled up, name-o-rama, announcements, intentions and I closed with letting everyone know how humbled I am every morning I show up to workout.  This group always shows up with Purpose, Excitement and Gratitude and if we can all stay consistent with this throughout the day we will continue to make a difference.
