Impressed to see some old school legends return for the workout. Always leads to a lot of good mumble chatter.

Conditions: a little chilly, but otherwise a perfect morning.

Transportation: Golf cart.

Gear: Thong, lace bra, daisy dukes, hair in a pony tail.

COP: SSH, Kendra Newman’s, downward dog, runners stretch, grass grabbers, back stretching.

Thang 1:
V-Up time bomb. In my head this worked out perfect. In real life it was not so perfect. Started with 10 trying to get to 0. After a handful I realized the group was too big. Counted off to split the PAX to start the Sumo jump time bomb. Started at 10 down to 0. Smaller groups worked better.

Thang 2:
Figure eight run through Mary Hill stopping at every light to do 20 LBC’s and 10 merkins. The past record to complete this course was 31 minutes. PAX did it in 27. Good it your are the PAX, bad if you are the Q that planned for 31. If you were counting we did 340 LBC’s and 170 merkins.

Thang 3:
Circle up in the coupon garden for some 10 rep PAX lead exercise. Shoulder press rotation, big boys with coupon, chest press, curls, American hummers.

COR, NOR, COT: @Old Bay normally leads the prayer at my Q’s but he told me last time he would not do it anymore. He also was a no show so there’s that. I closed with Parent Origination words about being patient. Every class will have that parent asking 100 questions or show up late and asked the teacher to repeat themselves. Don’t be that parent.
