It was a beautiful morning for a beatdown!

Planned on a mosey before COP, but the FNG got lost. Did COP in the pool parking lot.
25 SSH, 20 Grass Grabbers, downward dog full leg stretches
Mosey along Gatehouse Ln to gazebo path and crossed bridge over to Crosby Middle School.
Pre-weinke fun: lined up along the wall and performed 20 chicken peckers (balls to the wall shoulder taps)
Then a mosey to the soccer field so we could get to it.
The starting line workouts:
10 Big Boys
20 TMerkins
30 Mountain Climbers
40 Jump Lunges
50 Copperhead Squats
It went as such: At the first cone do 10 Big Boys, Burpee Broad Jump to the next cone, Mario to the 3rd cone (midfield). At the 3rd cone, 5 Bobby Hurleys. Mosey back to the beginning. Perform 20 TMerkins, Burpee Broad Jump, Mario, Bobby Hurleys….rinse and repeat.
Once PAX finish Copperhead Squats, deconstruct the workout back down to Big Boys.
A few PAX completed the full 10-20-30-40-50-40-30-20-10, so they started climbing back up again.
Around 5:55, we moseyed back to the pool lot and circled up for some Mary. 10 Flutter Kicks IC, 10 Rosalitas IC, 10 Gas Pumps IC. Time.
