Circuit with Coupons – 150 arm curls, 200 coupon swings, 200 upright rows. Partner hops 5, runs 50 yards, does 15 lbc’s and runs back to partner
Playground curcuit – three stations, 10 jump ups, bear crawl 20 yards, and 5 pull ups
