First min 1burpee second min 2 burpees third min 3 burpees and keep adding a burpee per min its a last man standing workout , your out when you can’t get all your burpees in a min it usually only lasts about 18 to 20 min when your out you run around the field doing flutter kicks at one end zone and LBCs at the other R&R.
