Begin full body stretch.

Work out:

Partner up

Partner 1 – 20 copperhead squats run to partner 2

Partner 2 – farmer carry coupons (1 each hand) until partner 1 relieves HIM

Keep switching until destination met.

Distance from the playground area to overpass on the other side of the Egg Lawn.

Next: Dora

Partner 1- runs to the top of the bridge leading away from the Egg Lawn and back

Partner 2 – performs exercise until partner returns.

Exercises:

50 Derikins (25 minimum each partner)

100 curls (50 minimum each partner)

150 single arm rows (75 minimum each partner)

Stretch arms to loosen them up more.

Return to playground area using the same process as before.
