I have learned a great deal from you HIMS out there about Leadership and Brotherhood. Temps are supposed to be low, but we will team up and keep warm. This will be a U v U workout with your brothers pushing you to get that 1 last rep that you didn’t think you had in you. We will work out the entire body with a focus on form and function. Not a number.
There will be options to Mod up and down so come as you are. Bring gloves and an attitude. The asphalt and coupons will be cold.
