Weather – “brisk” 17 degrees.
Gear – everything I had in the closet.
Pax : Holy Roller (R); Rocky; Momma’s Boy; Pelican; Asian Zing (R), Giselle, Bob Cratchet; Bulletin (R) and Kimble (QIC)
Started with disclaimer and a mosey to the back lot behind the Old Chapel. COP was mainly stretching and getting loose as it was cold. Grabbed coupons and headed to main lot for the Thang
Luckily we had 9 which is divisible by 3. Counted off by 3’s.
PAX 1 started at near island. PAX 3 went to far island. PAX 2 waited at near island. There was a board of different exercises at each island. PAX were instructed to do each exercise AMRAP and to focus on form and structure instead of a number. Exercises between the 2 boards cycled from Legs to arms to abs so that all of the body got its work.
PAX 1 and 3 started at each end with specific exercises while PAX 2 went from 1 group to the other. They started by bear crawl/coupon drag for 4 parking spaces, then picked up coupon and moseyed to other group. This weave continued until 5 min left.
Returned coupons then recovered to dumpster with AYG back to flag. LBC’s until the 6 returned. 60 sec plank and time was called.
COT: Announcements- sleeping bag donations for homeless.
Intentions – neighbor possibly battling cancer. Friend’s wife diagnosed with Brain Cancer undergoing surgery this morning. Deacon Dan and his family. Big Bird for a quick surgery and recovery so he can get back to full strength.
I thanked the Pax for helping me get better every day. This was my 100th post. This time last year I was in horrible shape physically and not the best place as a husband and father. Since starting F3, I have learned something from each and everyone of you!!
Until the next time- Kimble out.
