Indian Run to Bridge overpass for a past Kilo workout – Picked a football-sizes rock and did 3 sets of 10e – PeterParkers, Merkins, Bonnie Blair w/squat(Kilo), run with rock to the top of creek bridge and did ten man-makers and returned back. (4 rounds)
Indian Run back to playground area- Bear crawls, pull ups and jump ups on ledge. (4 rounds)
A couple oldies used from past workouts, but good and challenging nonetheless.
