When planning this W I had running in mind. I am not the biggest fan of running so that’s why we did it.
We started off by running to the front lot to do some COP, then we started at the first light post and ran to each one starting off with five burpees, increasing by one each time. Then we did 10 merkins, 20 lunges, 30 squats, 40 air presses, 50 choice. After that we ran back to the back lot decreasing by one.
After the running portion we did some Tabada we did air presses and big boys.
When we had about 5 minutes left we did Mary going around the circle deciding exercises.
I had a great time Qing and am excited to lead you guys again soon.
