BB – Bayside, The Max. 6/6/23

12 HIMs join YHC on a beautiful 55 degree morning in Shelby County. PAX: Beach Body, Cattle Chips, Charolais (Q), Friendly Fire, Little Foot, Longterm, Mothball, Mr Mom, Ruby, Schotzie, Shuttlecock, Slide Rule, Spam.

Disclaimer given and we placed our coupons on the freshly painted 10 yard line and told the PAX we would come back to them. Short mosey to the courtyard for our COP. My preblast had highlighted the 6/6 date and the theme of the day included lots of 6’s. Opened w 60 SSH IC, then went to 6 counts IC on 5 more exercises. Then, switched to 6 counts for stretching (Bayside – THE hardest stretching AO in the Region!!). Finished the courtyard portion w 6 step ups for each leg. Returned back to the parking lot and our coupons.

The THANG: Charolais’ 60’s. 6 exercises with a total rep count of 60 each. There were 6 coupon suggestions broken into intervals (OH press 20, Chest Press 20, Curls 30, Rows 30, Tricep Ext 20, Frt Raises 20) and 6 AB suggestions (Flutter Kick 60, Freddies 60, Star Crunches 30, Big Boys 30 , Box Cutters 30, Shoulder taps 30). After the interval, we mosey out 30 yards and Bernied back to complete the 60 yards. Once you completed the 60 reps, move to the next exercise, rotating between the coupon and AB lists. If you finished the list, find the 6 and work with them to completed. Most were still working their way thru the suggestions as time was called. Shoutout to @Sliderule for providing some much needed tunes. He went with the theme for the day and hit up the 60’s playlist.

We moseyed to the on site flag for the closing. Hit the 6 for his naming story and @Littlefoot didn’t disappoint as he explained that he has 1 foot smaller than the other. As we went thru name-o-rama, YHC proudly got to announce for the 1st time, 60. It’s just a number, but humbled and blessed to get the opportunity for 60 laps around the sun. Intentions for @Bananna Bread with a root canal and travel mercies for others.
