BB The Tank @ Vets

When I pulled into the revered location we so proudly call the Tank this morning. I saw the memorial proudly glowing and the Standard Waving in all its Old Glory and I hoped that I could have this simple workout be enough. I went and did a quick distance check of the area we would be travling back and forth from to see if we could call it a Run workout and I decided that .36 total distance back and forth was nice but not enough to be considered. Then I returned back to the seal and the right group of HIMS showed up to doing some ssh, grass grabbers, downward dog, and then get into the meat of the workout doing 20 merkins, 20 BigBoy, and 10 Boyos then taking the journey to the other end of the parking lot and repeating this work to the tune of 220 merkins (including the ones done with Boyo’s) and many BigBoys along with a merkin walk in which we all agreed that we were glad no PAX under 5’8 where in attendance and a few other drills along with Mary. Then we closed out and started the day off with hopefully the hardest thing we did that day or what we needed to get ourself right to face the next challenge!
