If you have not attended a workout here make that change tomorrow. There are some sites I visit frequently that have PAX that need to travel. Get out of your darn comfort zone. Do something to support the community that is making an impact for you weekly. We go promptly at 0530. It’s going to be 60 degrees with winds blowing from the SE at 4 mph. A sand bag or ruck is highly recommended for this workout, but a coupon will suffice. If you have an extra please bring them.
We are not going to stand still. We are going to utilize the hills and steps on site to make things hard. Be prepared to embrace the suck. One last thing, bring an FNG! That’s how we grow and become stronger! #SYITG
