My preference when it’s under 25° is to keep moving.
We will utilize the coupons tomorrow occasionally when needed for rest. Be prepared to move constantly and cover some ground. For those out there that are not serious runners, fear not. We will be doing some exercises in between. There is also a good chance we will be doing some interval sprinting. We will be sweating and warm. Calories will be burned in rapid numbers. We don’t get up for easy and the stable always welcomes a challenge! Stint
