Holy Roller was excited about this one. Disclaimer (modified somewhat) was given while we were doing some Coupon Stretches. Moved right into some ManMakers. We picked up the Sacred Log, and the Pax kept it above the ground the entire workout. We found the Hill with rocks and tree stumps and good grass. On that hill we did Bear Crawls with Coupons. We did Murder Bunnies up the hill. We did some Crawl Bears. But that was during the rest period. We did 100 Dips with Coupon, 41 Coupon Swings, 41 ManMakers, 25 Big Boys (facing up hill), 53 Merkins, 150 Curls, 60 Burpees to round us up to COT. The playlist was all Toby Keith as a tribute to the way he lived appreciating and living every minute to his end this week. And, writing some special songs about this great Country.
Toad was hopping strong the whole way!
Blacktop brought his buddy Asphalt and both of these HIMs paved the way!
Upchuck didn’t upchuck, but work was crazy hard!
MerMan (FNG) was a stud especially for a first post!
Snaggletooth fell asleep in the truck on the way, but loved all of the ManMakers and rode home singing Toby Keith to Rip VW.
Rip Van Winkle rocked this workout and didn’t fall asleep on the way home because Snaggy was singing Toby.
Dinghy carried the Sacred Log more than his share because he just plain strong!
Crawl did the bear crawls and crawl bears with excellence!
Agent Utah, well I think I heard him humming some Toby while he was enjoying the ManMakers!
Layover was on call to maybe fly, but he was flying through every exercise with Joy!
Furdays loved the workout so much he was talking about his Q tomorrow at the Patriot being an exact repeat.
Lockbox was so thankful that he invited Holy Roller, he will likely ask him back next week!
Jazz Hands played is coupon like a saxophone. And hard too!
Fertile Myrtle was steady and strong. Ready for a few more Big Boys on the hill.
Masse’ killed it. He is probably at home right now doing more ManMakers.
Asphalt (FNG) is a rock. And so thankful for this HIMs service to our great country.
