Weather – Misty and a cool 47 with a slight breeze

Play List: I-Heart Vinyl Classic Rock, at least until my speaker died.

With the forecasted rain, I had invited the PAX to join under the portico in the back of the school. 11 HIMs accepted the invite and gathered for the disclaimer. A short mosey around the parking lot while dodging puddles got us in the right mind set. COP consisted of standard stretches and the obligatory SSH’s. Not wanting to lose too much time, we jump right into the main thang.

Charolais’ Ladder. Do 3 exercises at the rep counts of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 20, 15, 10 , 5. After each rep count, mosey to the end of the portico and complete the same rep count of another exercise. Round 1 was OH Press, Tricep Ext, and Curls, then Merkins. Round 2 was Frt Raises, BO Rows and Curls, then Squats. I had a Round 3 planned , but time did not allow anyone to reach that. Based on the grunts and groans, most were feeling a good burn. I suggested to stop the madness at 6:14 and we did a brief arm shakedown to recover.

COT – announcements for Convergance, congrats to Slide Rule on his engagement, and a reminder that Iron Horse is drawing to completion and sign up for upcoming Q’s. Intentions: Souls to be saved and peace to the Middle East. Reminder in prayer that the Easter season is the most important part of the Christian life as it completed the promise we all share now.
