Backblast – Planetarium @ Boondocks – 07.02.2024 – Captain Crunchberry Q

This was my first trip to the Boondocks in a while. I have have managed to stay in my own little bubble for a while now. It was good to get out and enjoy the mumblechatter. A total of 13 PAX were present for the workout.

The weinke was pretty simple. Since the start of the running challenge, my legs seem tired all the time. So I wanted something that had minimal leg work, and minimal running. This created the “LABBER” a ladder workout with a focus on ab/core.

The LABBER:

5 – Merkin

10 – Big Boy Sit Ups

15 – Pickle Pounders

20 – V-Ups

25 – Glute Bridge

30 – Freddie Mercury

35 – Little Baby Crunches

40 – Flutter Kicks

45 – Box Cutters

50 – American Hammers

Complete the first exercise, then complete a mosey. There were three distance options for the mosey. PAX could choose between a short (to the entrance and back), medium (loop around playground), and long (around ball fields) mosey.

Most everyone opted for the short mosey, but as the ab work started adding up, a noticed a few PAX opt for the medium distance.
