It was a tough one at the Patriot! Eight HIMs trained for the Olympics, giving it their all to go for the gold. There was a bit of everything: manmakers, burpee broad jumps, bear crawls, and flutter kicks just for Ferb. We were completely gassed at the end, but are now ready to dominate! Great job, men!
