Before I totally sign off,
I have to shoutout Sewanee, he started 30 min late, threw on a 20lb plate vest and ran the whole damn thing, he only finished 2 minutes behind us. Lumbergh and Beans were determined to not let Sewanee pass us, so we ran much of the way back. Broke into 13 min/mile territory on Lumbergh’s watch,
