PB – The Loco at The County – One Star Q – 09/03/2024

Iron sharpens iron. Week 0 of the IronPAX Challenge begins on Tuesday at 5:30AM at The County. We will use a coupon and we will be completing burpees and thrusters EMOM style (Every Minute On the Minute) in a workout for time.

You do not have to be signed up for the IronPAX Challenge to post for the workout. You can participate in the workout without being signed up for the challenge, and you can modify as necessary. Just show up, get a workout in, and encourage and motivate your brothers who have committed to the challenge.

The Thang (aka Workout):

Kalsu – 100 Thrusters:

  • EMOM – 5 Burpees, followed by as many thrusters as possible before the 1-minute expires.
  • Keep repeating 5 Burpees EMOM followed by Thrusters until you have completed 100 total Thrusters.

400 Meter Run

Reverse Kalsu – 100 Burpees:

  • EMOM – 5 Thrusters, followed by as many Burpees as possible before the 1-minute expires.
  • Keep repeating 5 Thrusters EMOM followed by Burpees until you have completed 100 total Burpees.

The End

Modifications:

  • Thrusters
    • 100 goblet squats, 100 air squats, other squat variation
    • 50 of a squat and 50 OH press
  • Burpees
    • Flying Squirrels, Merkins
