Iron sharpens iron. Week 3 of the IronPAX Challenge “Brenton Sandwich” begins on Tuesday at 5:15AM at The County. We will use a coupon, and we will be better for it.
You can participate in the workout without being signed up for the challenge, and you can modify as necessary. Just show up, get a workout in, and encourage and motivate your brothers who have committed to the challenge.
