BB: Big Bird Q at the Patriot – 11/16/2024

10 PAX joined the flock to fly high and proud!  Birds large and small combined sprints, burpees, and more into a massive beatdown to earn their weekend. We were led by the biggest avian of all, Big Bird!  Now we all know that the bird is the word!
