My F3 journey started on 4/28/22. I was roughly 275lbs to start. I finished just about every workout peeling myself off the concrete with a water bottle in hand, always.
This group has helped me shave roughly 30 pounds. I’ve developed some incredible relationships and been able offer some leadership over the last couple of years. Come help me celebrate my 500th!
Tomorrow’s game plan is going to be doing a bunch of stuff I like to do. Listening to music I prefer.
Plan for a “heavy” workout with a bunch of sandbags and other toys. No coupons needed.
I’m calling tomorrow Steve-O’s “Chaos Starfish”. Come find out what that means. HC’s and LC’s will be helpful so I can plan an appropriate amount of stations.
