BB: Brown Tail at the County

8 HIMS were in the Nest at the County this morning. To warm our souls we stayed on the move and ran the ever famous loop. Little Jerry was our pace setter leading the herd! Along the way we stopped at all the stop signs to knock out Merkins, Squats and Plank Jacks. We arrived back to the nest with 15 minutes to spare. Mary, Mary quite contrary was the theme to finish out the workout. Close out with the Circle of Trust. Thankful for all the HIMS who braved the cold to be just a little better than they were yesterday.
