10 HIMs at The School Yard @ Hawk Nest was on sight to accept and sort through YHC special Delivery. The initial delivery of MAN MAKERs were delayed due to YHC’s prerogative to change directions! The HIMs of the Hawks Nest was treated to a 13 grueling full body exercises in a Circuit Style Tobata! The beatdown include Merkins, Big Boys, 75lb sandbag Squats, upright rows, SSH, 50lb Sandbag Chest Presses, Gas Pumps, Lunges, Dips, Mountain Climbers, Curls, Flutter Kicks and everyone’s favorite, Murder Bunnies!
Great time meeting the HIMS of the Hawks Nest (Crackhead, Ferret, Outlook, School Zone and Vincent) and also seeing some familiar faces that traveled in from other AOs (Fur Days, Porta Buckner, and Lay Over).
