Main Thang – The Mount Rushmore Circuit

Four stations for 4 Mount Rushmore presidents. Rotate after each round (AMRAP for ~2 min per station). 

Mosey down/up HBH after each round

1. Washington –

  • Round 1: Minuteman Merkins
  • Round 2: Freedom Floor Press
  • Round 3: Federalist Lunges
  • Round 4: Cross the Delaware (bent over rows)

2. Jefferson – 

  • Round 1: Jefferson Jump Squats
  • Round 2: American Hammers
  • Round 3: Secret Service Side Shuffles
  • Round 4: The FDR (Four-D Rep Squats) 

3. Teddy Roosevelt –

  • Round 1: San Juan Hill Climbers
  • Round 2: Oval Office Bear Crawl
  • Round 3: Yankee Doodle Droppers (Burpees)
  • Round 4: Minute Man rotators (arm circles)

4. Lincoln –

  • Round 1: Honest Abe Big Boys
  • Round 2: Air Force Ones (High Knees)
  • Round 3: Patriotic Plank
  • Round 4: Revolutionary Reaches (V-Ups)

Repeated the circuit 4 times.
