I’ve been trying to reestablish myself as an active member of this F3 thing. I have spent a long while doing a whole lot of running, and not enough bootcamps. So to hold myself accountable, I’m Qing.

This weinke was a repeat of one of my very first weinkes. It is basically a 4 corner type thing, centered on a baseball field. Well, we don’t have a baseball field at The County, so I just laid out cones to represent the bases. Home plate was the push. All other locations were just AMRAP until the push had finished. With a different movement between the bases.
We did 2 rounds each of the following.
After completing the two rounds we did a reverse Native American run. Starting at home, and rounding the bases. Rather than the last PAX running to the front of the pack, the front PAX had to round the bases and catch back up to the tail.
Finished with some MARY and any announcements and intentions.
