Mosey to the Beach.
Pax did a hard mosey to the back lot for 3 Krakens, recovery mosey back to the Beach for 20 Pretzel Crunches each side.
Rinse and Repeat for time.

Mosey back to the Paddock.

Partner 1 – Farmer carry 2 coupons. Partner 2 – Exercise then catch up and switch. Exercises included Merkins, Shoulder Taps (2ct), Hand Release Merkins, Diamond Merkins.
Thang 3:
Amrap Dora.
Partner 1 – Run the 200m loop. Partner 2 – Exercise till Partner 1 returns. Exercises included Curls, OH Press, Skull Crushers, R/L Hand Rows.
Finished with Mary and 3 minutes of stretching.
