Saturday turned out to be a strong day for the Bluegrass Football. Kentucky held on to take defeat Eastern Michigan while Louisville rolled over Murray State. Not to be outdone, the Mutt had our very own game day show at HT.

Little mosey over to the main parking lot for a quick warm up.

In the main parking lot, a 100 yard filed was set up
1st Quarter:
Dora…Partners split 100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, and 300 Air Squats mixed with a 100 yard touchdown run and return.
2nd Quarter:
Next came Paula Abdul. She was “Cold Hearted” making the PAQ take two steps forward and one set back. Group 1 sprinted 20 yards, ran 10 yards backwards, dropped 3 burpees and repeated until they reached the goal line. Once the goal line was reached, group 1 had made the return trip with a 100 yard lunge walk back. Group 2 did the same but waited with Al Gore until group 1 reached the 50 yard line. Not to be outdone by group 2, the 1st group hung with Al Gore until all were complete.
Halftime:
The halftime show was Butkus with 1 minute on 30 seconds off rapid step ups on a the HT curb. After 4 sets, group 1 ran around the school to meet group 2, who retrieved coupons, at the goal post.
Quarter 3:
Dora part 2 with partners who split 100 over head presses, 200 upright rows, and 300 coupon upright chin pull ups while alternating in a 50ish yard run with 10 side straddle hops before the return run back.
Quarter 4:
Q4 started with the 2nd nominee for the “don’t try this at home” award exercise. PAX lay on their back in a tight circle passing the coupons around the circle for 2 minute. Once complete immediately went IC 20 Freddy Mercuries, 20 Flutter Kicks and 20 LBCs.
The post-game show consisted of the COT with FNG introductions, Black Ops flag, intentions and prayers.
