We started with a jog around the parking lot to the lighted area to start our Monday warm-up.

100 Step-ups
Back to standing Chair
Next we jogged over to the bridge. One partner stayed at the base while the other ran to the top to do 10 dips.
Thang 2
Partner 1 – worked on LBC (200 total)
Partner 2 – bear crawl – 10 dips
Second round
Partner 1 – worked on squats (150 total)
Partner 2 – Lunges up the hill – 10 dips
Third Round
Partner 1 – Mericans (100 total)
Partner 2 – Mario Jumps – 10 dips
Thang 3
Mosey back to the flag finish up with Calf Raises and 20 Burpes over the concrete platform.
No FNGs. and all good in the Poshland hood…. to busy to name all the homies in the hood plus I don’t believe anyone is reading this!
