Thoughts for Saturday’s workout …
1. Will ZOOLANDER show up for my Q? This is really the only thing that matters to me …. if ZOOLANDER shows up I will consider it a success
2. Should I go for a rim grab instead of a backboard slap during warmups? Back in the day – rim grab …. no questions asked. These days rim grab attempt may end up in a hospital visit …. no guts, no glory
3. Who will be able to keep up with CI for the mini murph? Probably no one … but this will give CI a chance to show off his incredible masculinity and he will feel better for it after the workout …. I’ll keep it in there … for him …. however if I make the running piece of it a bit longer, things could get interesting.
4. No more thoughts …. nirvana has been reached and my mind is at peace. Bring running shoes and jump rope.
