18 Pax got better this morning punching in and joining the Suicide Squad. Let’s get into it!
Pax: Scratch, Kilo, Storm Trooper, Methane, Ex-Lax, Nugget, Maybury, Ice Man, Butcher, Tron, Goodman, Bean Counter, Vincent, Loco, Abacus, Red Roof, OJ, Cutlass.

Mousey the long way to the Tennis Courts. Warmed up with some:
- Abe Vigoda’s x 20
- Chinook’s x 20 (Arm circles clockwise and counter clockwise)
- Imperial Squat Walkers x 20
- Side Straddle Hops x 29
Departed on an Indian Run around the “O” of Seneca (Loco and Kilo were flyin’) Good Pace!
Met back at the Tennis Courts for the Suicide Squad beat down:
The Pax partnered up and lined up on the first sideline. Teams (of 2) completed the following exercises as a team switching off between the beat down and suicides.
Beat Down:
- 50 Burpees
- 100 LBC’s
- 200 Air Squats
- Bear Crawled as a team to far side of the second court sideline and back
- Al Gore’s and Planks until everyone finished
With only a few minutes left, we circled up at the Soccer Field grabbing a coupon on the way. As a group, we performed the following exercises in cadence.
- Coupon shoulder presses x 20
- Coupon curls x 20
- Coupon rows x 20
- Incline merkins x 15
- Decline merkins x 15
