18 PAX showed up for some Halloween fun. Cutless, Mayberry, OJ, Vincent (Respect), Spinal Tap, Wham!, Red Roof, Cardinal, Gillespie, Butcher, Fall Guy (Respect), Loco, Scratch, Bean Counter, Trump, Sully, CI and Glen Ross Q
I was running late and forgot most of the props I had prepared- was able snag the giant skull of the front porch and head over to the O.
Warm up: jog over to the basketball courts, followed by some Barbara Walters warm ups:
20 SSH, 20 Abe Vigodas, 20 Imperial Walkers, 20 Mountain Climbers, 20 Suzanne Somers (each leg), 15 LBCs
Next, leave the bball courts for some street/ hill work and head over to Cherokee Gardens. Split up into 2 sides- using each bike line and dodging cars (it wasn’t this busy last time we did this)
we did 7up, escalating down:
burpees at the top, plank jacks at the bottom
Next week took a stroll through CG, admiring the Halloween decorations and sending at the bridge
Session 3: With partners, 100 bridge dips and 60 Derkins
Next the PAX Zombie Walked up to Briar Hill Rd, stopped for short bear crawl up the hill, then exited neighborhood with more zombie walk
Session 4: staying with partner (one on each side) we did the following w/ coupon
2 hand zombie walk on toes with coupons while partner did skull crushers
next 100 curls while partner did sucides
ended with 100 presses while partner did suicides.
Closed with COT and Wham! pulled six again and maybe put out a teaser that the earrings might be making a comeback for his next Q.
Intentions and continued prayers for Heitman family, specially his wife and children and all those who knew him.

Also, for those that post at the O, try and get Wednesday at the Mutt in the rotation. Tomorrow Zartan will have a special All Saints Day Q- and there is speculation that he might be dressed as a monk/ priest.
