
Officially, I posted twice this week. Unofficially, I’d count two days of “rucking” around Epcot and magic kingdom as a workout.. it was.. mentally and physically. With a nearly 4 year old and 1 1/2 year old .

burpee challege (22), 100 ssh, 100 big marge, 25 crucible merkins, 25 air squats (butt hitting bench)
run around boardwalk to espn club. 25 merkins, 25 air squats.
run back to lighthouse.. run is a total of .8 miles all the way around
rinse and repeat sequence above . Did it one more time

boardwalk was closed for 10k .😡I should have ran it, but until the day before i had no idea it was going on.
At same spot at end of boardwalk..

in attempt to do the same workout as yesterday I took off running.. until I was waved down by some popo stating I could not run any further because of the 10k about to Trot through. So I improvised.
Between yacht and dolphin there is a decent Bridge that is not quite as steep as the posh bridge, but decent.
10’s.
9 merkins, run bridge, 1 burpee
rinse and repeat until the merkins get to 1 and burpees get to ten..
I really did not care that I wore my lone f3 shirt both days.. it was good To put it on.
