
I wanted to bring a little f3 action back to my hometown (Madisonville, ky) and being a big golfer and growing up on a golf course gave me some inspiration for the q.. I invited my friend Clint (slim) to trek along. He is a big crossfit guy and one of my best friends.

warm up: 25 ssh (ic) 15 cherry pickers, a little hammy stretching and some arm circles
the thang… it was more like 6 holes…
With 2 jug a Lugs each.. the whole time
started hole 4 tee box ( madisonville golf and cc)
run hole 4 to 5 tee box.. 100 big marge.
run 250 yards. 100 ssh
run to 6 tee box.. 100 merkins
run 300 yards.. 100 air squats
run to 7 tee box .. 100 lbc
Run to 8 tee box. ( 7 is a par 3) .. 100 curls ( with jug a lug)
cross over to hole 2. Run 250 yards .. 100 curtesy lunges
run to green. 100 merkin rows ( 50 each side)
run to 3 tee box.. 100 elbow planks side/side.
run to 4 tee box ( starting point) and the grand finale. Jack Webb’s (1:4, merkins shoulder press) to 10!
it was fun and slim enjoyed it.. he love the f3 concept and what it’s all about.
