Native American run down Circle Hill Rd, left on Homestead (twice) and back to the tennis courts. Runner in back would complete 3 burpees and then sprint to the front (geeeeez that line got long).
Thang 2 – Tennis court partners
P1 Sprints to the other end and back while P2 starts exercises. Added totals for the following:
75 Lunges
150 Merkins
300 LBCs
PAX planked up until all finished
Thang 3
Block Webbs (I’m sorry, I thought you said block webbzzz?) Yes, I did.
After the Seneca witch trials of recent past, the O’s coupon inventory has been reduced to 17. Wait we have 18 PAX today? YHC grabbed two equal halves that were broken in two to carry the appropriate weight other PAX were holding. When plotting out the Q, I was feeling ambitious about tackling this one. After a few increasing sets, I’m pretty sure I heard our President mention “you like to do a lot of dumb things, and this is one of them” or something of the like. After starting strong, I heard a lot of grumbling and coupons were starting to hit the ground, I decided to shut it down. Well we made it to 7/28 (Hey, that’s what we do at the O). Told the boys, we’d revisit this in the future and all make the 10/40 ratio.

Back to the flag for NOR. Intentions were given for a couple battling some serious health issues. Wham called the six and passed to Situation (he’s from Jersey, obvious reasons). CI mentioned 12/9, ruck, Q school, Lead School which should be a good time. I thanked the boys for letting me Q. Wham has his Mutt VQ tomorrow. Prayers were lifted for those mentioned and I thanked God for the men and what this has meant to me.
