VQ: SpinalTap 23 PAX: Digiorno, Grinder, Saban, Tiger, Deuce, Curly, Mouth, Backdraft, Wedding Singer, BumbleBee(respect), Draper, Face, WhamO, Scratch, GlenRoss, Zoolander, Old Bay, BeanCounter, Buschhh, Spreadsheet, MadCow, Zartan

5:30 AM To BBall court circle up (quietly) arm circles-fwd/back 10 ct., Hip Circles-fwd/back 10 ct., Abe Vigodas x10, Mtn. climbers x10,  3 BOYOS then split into 1’s and 2’s at baseline, one from each side shuffle to midcourt for 5 partner merkins (slap hands) then shuffle to baseline for 5 backboard slaps(ish) 2x thru for each PAX.

To Small playground for partner assisted pullups to failure 3x each.  (short description for such a hard exercise)

To Portico lot w/ 1 coupon per team of two.  Partner 1 lunge walk 20 yards then sprint(ish) to end and back while Partner 2 shoulder presses coupon.  next pass Partner 1 same, Partner 2 coupon curls.  Repeat.

To side lot for Tummy Time.  Stolen from Men’s Health.  Circle up for Plankup x10, Pushup x 10, Hollow body Pump x10  Repeat (more groans this time, some even by PAX other than me)(the Plankup will return on grass due to my sensitive elbows)

Each PAX in circle directs an exercise 10 count around each of 22 HIMs, Lots of variation and solid direction/counts — This was an edit due to time and # and it turned out ideal as I consider this a primer for leading a Q.

Lap around school and circle up around flag.  Had to get a lap in as I’m a big runner.
