Well our brother Digiorno being the awesome husband and father that he is, had to miss his Q this morning so the M could go to work. So unfortunately the pax had to put up with a Mad Cow Q.
12 pax got better this morning in the gloom at El Mutt. Mad Cow (QIC), Backdraft, Waterboy, Gepetto, Tiger, Happy Fingers, WhamO, Spreadsheet, KidnapperVan, Spinal Tap, Scratch, and Bean Counter.
O regulars Scratch and Bean Counter attended the Mutt on Thursday and figured out it is the SUPERIOR AO so they came back today. Glad to have them and I’m sure it had NOTHING to do with a Zartan, Insane-O tag team Q at the O.
I’m going to nickname this Q,the Volunteers coaching search Q. The fans definitely didn’t get the Q they thought they would and it was all just made up as we went.
I don’t like to run so we started out with a jog around the neighborhood. Pax stay together and drop for 2 burpees when Q calls burpee. Picked up Happy Fingers in front of his house and continued on. I’m guessing we did about 16-20 burpees on the run. Circle up in front of the MPB for 20 SSH, 20 Imperial Walkers, 10 count Kendra Newman’s forward and reverse, 10 count Tricep stretch.

Gepetto has great idea for a sort of mini modified Murph. Stay partnered up. 5 pull-ups each and assist if necessary to make sure each partner get 5. 10 merkins each and then a lap around the school. Pax completed 3 rounds of this before Q called time.
Circled up for COR and NOR. Scratch called 6 and went on to tell us that he got his name because he is the greatest pool table salesman this side of Hubbard Lane. The pax then reminded him it was a fitting name since he slept through his VQ. We offered up some intentions and I asked all to be their best and be patient.
What a great group of HIMs. Look forward to the next time in the gloom!
