The “O” Backblast 12-16

11 PAX got better on a  chilly Saturday morning!

Mosey the long way to the Tennis Court to warm up.

  • Abe Vigoda x 25
  • Imperial Walkers x 20
  • Merkins x 20
  • Side Straddle hops x 25

Mosey to Hockey Field: Partnered up for some circuit work. Partner 1 sprinted half way across the field and back and then full length of the field and back while Partner 2 worked on the below beat down. Partners then switched and continued until complete.

    • 50 burpees
    • 100 LBC’s
    • 200 Air Squats
    • Bear Crawl the length of the field – jog back OR Yoda down and Yoda Back switching half way
    • All Gore until everyone completes

We stayed at the Hockey Field for some strength training. The PAX rocked through the below with about 20 seconds in between sets.

  • Squat Press 3 sets x20
  • Row 3 sets x20
  • Curls 3 sets x20
  • Coupon Merkins 3 sets x10

Basketball burpee’s

  • Create a half circle from the baseline around to the free throw line.
    • 1 at a time, each PAX approached the free throw line and shot 1 free throw. Missed shots meant all the PAX did a burpee.
      • Highlights: Mittens Air Ball and OJ’s granny swish!
