First off, major props to FNG Wrangler for making this his 1st. It was much easier to talk me into coming when it was 80 degrees. Major commitment from him & looking forward to seeing you back again.
Loco found out about now that there was no Def Leppard concert after all.
We moseyed the long way from the flag to the coupons & grabbed one. Most were frozen to the ground or together but after some convincing, we all had one.
THANG 1:
I set up cones set up on the field at 4 different intervals from end line to end line:
Exercise #1 – Merkin Suicides – 10 merkins at each cone and end line and a sprinted suicide in between – total of 90 merkins and a suicide
Exercise #2 – Coupon Curl Suicides – PAX carried their coupon the whole way on this one. 10 coupon curls at each cone and end line and a sprinted suicide in between – total of 90 coupon curls and a suicide
Exercise #3 – LBC Suicides – same concept – total of 90 LBCs and a suicide
Exercise #4 – Burpee Suicides – same concept with 2 at each station – total of 18 burpees and a suicide
THANG 2:
PARTNER UP
Round 1 – partner 1 did coupon squats AMRAP while partner 2 did Mario to the other end. At end line partner 2 did 10 monkey humpers and return to swap with partner 1. Total reps 250 squats.
Round 2 – partner 1 did coupon rows AMRAP while partner 2 back pedaled to the end line for 10 monkey humpers and return to swap with partner 1. Total reps 250 coupon rows.
THANG 3:
Circle up for some Jack Webb. 1 to 4 ratio of merkins to air presses. PAX did not complain at all and rolled all the way to 11/44. Total 66 merkins & 264 air presses.
Stayed circled up. PAX did American Hammers and Gas Pumps while rotating the count around counter clockwise. Let’s just say counting was not our thang today. Total 28 Hammers and 28 Gas Pumps (even though somehow we counted to the 50s or so each time).
Returned the coupons (some broken now) and jogged it back to the flag. We counted to 14, introduced ourselves, forgot to do the 6, met our new FNG (thanks to Cardinal), and might have prayed for many needed things and while we had HIM, your Q asked him for a little love towards the Cards at 1pm tomorrow if HE saw fit. Looking forward to the next one!
