PAX of 2 made it out for a Sunday afternoon run. Little Jerry and Vincent logged 6.3 miles today. Little Jerry apologized for the slow pace 8:17/mi. That’s really not slow and… he ran a trail 1/2 marathon last night in Indy. You read that correct – 13.1 miles last night. One bad F3 man!!
Starting with the first Sunday in Feb, there will be Sunday runs leading up to the mini-marathon the last Saturday in April. I would like some feedback on the best time for those interested. Typically it will be earlier than Noon. I will wait on replies then get the calendar set starting in Feb. SYITG
