Temple Of Gloom workout recall 1/25/18

Well I was super pumped to have my 2nd Q at The O! Really dug deep to try to do something I hadn’t done in any of my previous Q’s, so I thought why don’t you just bring a bunch of heavy awkward shit that the Pax can lift and pull and etc….

Pax: Mad Cow (QIC), CI, Red Roof, Scratch, Diablo, Spinal Tap, Glenn Ross, Glaucoma, Plethora, Gillespie, Antman (FNG), Bean Counter, Waterboy, Wedding Singer, Cardinal, OJ, and Tron.

Attire(for Zoo): Reebok tights, smartwool socks, gray Nike shorts with blue stripe, Cabelas black thermal, long sleeve black F3 Louisville shirt, Fluorescent sweatshirt, orange toboggan hat, and Solomon kicks. Oh yeah, camouflage gloves.

Equipment:  3- 10lb steel plates, 7′ length of telephone pole (Satans C#ck), swing set chain, old tamp handle, 4′ length of telephone pole (SC C@ck), 2- broken arms from 10′ trowel machine, concrete blocks, and extra large rope(thanks CI).

YHC arrived at the O around 5:05 to set up items around the tennis courts for the Pax to enjoy.

The Thang:

20 Sheets of paper with different exercises were spread out in a semi square configuration for the Pax’s enjoyment. 10 exercises that required some type of coupon and 10 that did not. Phone was set to a tabata like timer with 1 minute of AMRAP exercise and 30 seconds of rest, while wonderful music played on the good times sound machine. Each Pax grab a station to begin. Exercises as follows. Order is mixed up I’m sure.

Rows: Satans C$ck with chain attached to old tamp handle like a T-bar machine at the gym.

Elbow plank

Squats: SC C#ck or concrete block.

Upward Dog/Cobra

Curls:  Concrete Block

LBCs

Side Raises:  Broken arms from a 10′ trowel machine

Flutter Kicks

Front Raises:  30# steel plates

Chest Presses: Concrete block

Chest Pull Over: Concrete block

Downward Dog

Kettle Bell Swings: Concrete block

Rope Whips: 40′ giant rope looped half around a tennis net pole

After we completed 1 full round time was almost up but we still had time for 5 BOYOS.

COR/NOR: Gillespie brought a FNG that apparently looks like Paul Rudd so he threw out Antman and it stuck. Maybe if we get to see Antman at a 2nd F event in the light we might be able to agree. Intentions for those affected by the school shooting in Western KY, Star Child, Wedding Singer, and Mr. & Mrs. Hat.

5 Mutts were there at some point during the workout so we ganked the Ghost Flag!

O or Mutt or Poshlander we are all part of something bigger than just our AO’s, and I think we are all better for it!
