When the IronPAXChallenge concept was announced I really didn’t know what to expect. Then the Teaser WO was released giving a glimpse as to what was in store…pure beatdowns. Each week the designated WO has increased in difficulty culminating in the final WO below.
Due to this WO requiring extensive use of a pull up bar I’m moving this BlackOps to The County. This is a hard WO, but we don’t get up for easy.
