I promoted on my pre-blast that it was going to be leg day. I wasn’t sure how this would go over and what kind of turn-out there would be. But, to my surprise there 16 other Pax looking for lower body enhancements to match what’s going on up top.

Started with a short mosey to the basketball court to get the blood moving.

We moved over to the parking lot, formed two lines for Walk Like an Egyptian. Airplane remarked he felt it was pretty lame, until we hit a couple lunges forward. Did this for 2 laps. Then a mosey to the Christian Academy parking lot.
This was meant to be a warm-up, but too many folks to fit on a basketball court. A give it all you got sprint, followed by 20 monkey humpers. Sprint. 20 up-downs. Sprint. Humpers. Sprint. Up-downs.
After that, the short mosey back to the tennis courts for the final thang, 4 corners. This consisted of 1) Bolt 45s (coupon optional), 2) 20 Imperial Squats IC, 3) 15 Sumo Jumps, 4) 20 Flutter kicks IC. We did this 1.5 times (with a short run in between) and time was called. We used all 45 minutes to close with Valdez and 10 BBSUs and Airplane and 10 Da Vincis.
