BB – 4/1 Incubator at the Posh

It was no beach, but it was really an ideal morning for a workout. Clear and crisp with little to no wind. After a little movement, we were warm as could be. Add a great group of HIMs, and it was about as fun a morning as it gets.

PAX: Ladybird(R), Abacus, Ashley, sweetTART, Mr. Kotter, Crock Pot, Jolly Rancher, Grinder (Q)

We started with a short mosey to the side lot for COP: 15 SSHs, 15 Grass Grabbers, 15 Hillbillies, Michael Phelps, DiGiornos, Downward Dog, Runners Stretch to Warrior Pose, then some more Grass Grabbers.

Mosey to the road by the bridge for Thang One: Do 5 V-Ups, run over the bridge, do a burpee, then run back. Each time you get back to the start, do 5 more V-Ups. Each time you get across the bridge, add another burpee. I think both Ashley and Crock Pot were at 5 burpees when we finally called it.

Mosey back to the side lot for Thang Two: a variation on the Dirty McDeuce: 10 Merkins, 10 Imperial Squat Walkers (IC), 10 V-Ups, then AYG run the length of the lot and mosey back. We did this four times, then switched it up to 10 Incline Merkins, 10 Lunges (IC), 10 DaVinci’s, then bear crawl across the width of the lot. We did this four times as well.

We finished up with a short set of Boo-yah Merkins, then moseyed back to the flag with a minute to go. Announcements were made about Convergence and the Passion Ruck. Several intentions were made and then we finished up by giving thanks and looking forward to the start of a great month. Thanks to all those that came out this morning. I had a blast, fellas!
