As St. Patrick’s continues to grow, I was happy to hop in and add a little McAfee flavor. With a location like St. Pats, I left the landscape do the work for me. Nino may say this isn’t creative enough, but I think if you ask the PAX, it definitely got the job done.
It was another hot and humid day, so sweat was inevitable. I was thinking on my drive home, it’s that time of year where I need to start bringing a towel to every workout because I don’t want to get all that sweat in my car after the workout. Friendly PSA to all PAX, start leaving a towel in your trunk for sweaty workouts ahead this summer.

This is a Dora style workout with a partner.
Partner 1: Hard Run up the hill to the second speed bump (third light pole) and perform 5 burpees, then run back down the hill to relieve your partner.
Partner 2: AMRAP until you collectively (with your partner) perform the indicated rep count.
