Weather – Perfect
I had the first Q for the week without much notice. The first day of our Florida vacation, I noticed a park and a clock tower and decided that would be my workout.

The night before there were terrible storms and a bunch of the streets were flooded, so we had to work around it.

Mosey to the park area near one of the community pools. About 1/3 of a mile away from the house.

Calf Stretches
Thang 1: Pair up –
Partner 1 – 100 Burpees, 300 push-ups, 500 squats
Partner 2 – Run around the bell tower and back, about a 1/4 mile run
Thang 2: Mary for about 10 minutes and mosey back to the house
The best thing about this workout was the group doing it. My wife (FNG) was with us and it was her first true F3 workout. She did great and it was fun to be partnered with her. Everyone really pushed themselves and we burned a ton of calories, which was important for the amount of calories we consumed daily on the beach.
As Huggies said in an earlier post, I cannot wait to workout again at the Bell Tower!
