Blender Backblast 7/17/19

We warmed up under the portico with a little stretching and then right into thangs

Thang 1 Lazy Dora

Partner up and complete the following as a partner team: 100 Merkins 200 LBCs and 300 Squats.

P1 does 10 Merkins while P2 holds plank then switch up to 100

P1 does 20 LBCs while P2 holds 6″ leg lift then switch up to 200

P1 does 30 Squats while P2 holds Al Gore then switch up to 300

Thang 2

OYO 10 T-Merkins 10 Big Bois 10 Squats then run a lap around big parking lot back to start and perform 9 of each of the above then another lap all the way down to 1 of each exercise. Woof. Several completed this Thang and I only made it to 4 of each exercise and my watch tracked me at 2 miles!
